Together, Building People , what exactly does it mean to you? I recently had the chance to chat with our company President Steve Tew about the true meaning of this fundamental part of our 4Life mission. During that meeting, Steve and I talked about how important it is to develop relationships and to create a culture of family and partnership. We are, after all, part of a people helping people industry.
I felt inspired as I left my meeting with Steve—because I realized just how important it is for every 4Life executive, employee and distributor to understand what we mean when we say Together, Building People. What is it, exactly?
Together, Building People first means reaching out to others… to identify common bonds, to serve, and to extend an honest effort. It also means striving for mutual success and being able to make a bigger impact together than we ever could achieve on our own. Together, itself, implies respect, cooperation, and, most definitely, relationships.
So why are relationships so important? Positive relationships form the core of long-term happiness… and long-term business success. Virtually every aspect of your life can be elevated through sincere and active partnerships. Three keys I’ve learned to count on when building and maintaining relationships are confidence, communication, and trust.
As a 4Life Distributor, the more confident and enthusiastic you are about your 4Life Business, the easier and more effectively you’ll be able to share it with others. The more time you take to communicate with your team and to really listen to their needs, the more impact you’ll make on their lives—and on yours. And finally, the more often you provide quality leadership to your team, the more trust you will earn as a business partner and leader. These three keys will all help you maintain strong relationships within your organization. They’ll inspire your team’s dedication and loyalty for now and in the future.
I encourage you to make sincere relationship maintenance a standard part of your business-building efforts. I promise that as you do, you will experience a greater sense of family and true partnership in your organizations. It will create a solid platform for business success and, in the words of our beloved Co-founder Bianca Lisonbee, create a precious cycle of success that will build others and, in turn, build you.

4life Leads can be purchased from any of the Lead generation sites available on the internet, and like many other network marketing opportunities the members will have the unenviable task of phoning lead after lead in an attempt to persuade them to join their business opportunity.
