ACN © is a Network Marketing Company capitalizing on the deregulation of local phone, gas, and electricity. CAN has been a very succesful MLM company in a huge market with a lot more room to grow! The founders united to form a direct selling company based on solid ethics and a fair compensation plan - important aspects they hadn’t found in other companies to date in 1993.

It’s better to generate your own prospects who will contact you when they feel ready and open to communicate. You can do this quite affordably with a system like Veretekk We have had Veretekk members who report getting called or contacted a year after drip-marketing to their Veretekk generated leads. Or in other cases people join without ever even speaking to you. The system is that persuasive and powerful. Be sure to check with ACN policy on this first though.

If I get an MLM Lead, and decide to call that person, it is very likely that I’ll get their answering machine, no answer, or if I do get lucky and reach a person they will often not remember having asked for any information and ask to be removed from your list.

The ACN business opportunity contains a multi-level compensation plan with a payout of roughly 15-20% of every dollar spent on their products. Because of all the technology companies competing, there is a very low profit margin. Another competing technology MLM in which I was a member only payed 6-12% - and they were far better than some others. ACN bypasses traditional advertising outlets and working with Independent Representatives passes savings directly onto the customerswhile positioning the representative to build a lucrative business of their very own.

Growing an ACN business can be a great opportunity. They have excellent products and services, but there are many companies that have great products with Independent Reps who never earn a dime. The big difference is the marketer, the tools they have at their disposal, and their ability to target their market cost-effectively.

Some MLM leaders still advocate making a list of 100 family, friends, and acquaintances or using the 3 foot rule to bug everyone you meet to join your opportunity! Others will tell you to buy postcards or use other expensive snail mail methods to advertise regularly. You and your team can easily spend hundreds, or even thousands of dollars on ACN Leads or other marketing methods and never come close to recouping those costs.

My ACN Experience
I joined ACN © in 1995 but had little time to market due in part to my insane work schedule. I was working 12-14 hour days in a demanding job supporting multiple sites with hundreds of thousands of military medical files. I would often come home late at night, totally wiped out, and pretty much snore as soon as my head hit the pillow. When I trudged home marketing ACN was the last thing on my mind.

Pursue Warm Market or Buy ACN Leads off Google?
When I joined I had visions of building a huge ACN business, breaking free, helping others, etc.
1. I thought I could influence co-workers, friends, hand out business cards, post flyers, etc..
2. Then if that didn’t work I would just buy ACN leads from a reliable lead broker on Google.

But selling at the military sites where I worked was strictly prohibited and grounds for termination. I spent so much time at work, including every other weekend, and had to study in between, which left me little time or opportunity to work on my ACN business. I did not have much interaction with people away from the work site either. Work consumed all my time. So warm marketing just wouldn’t work.

Friends and family can try to stop you as well and even try to sabotage you from getting out of the same depressing J.O.B. existence that they are in. Often they would be jealous if you were to succeed.

If I were to buy ACN leads, in my situation, I could not even call my ACN leads until I got home after 6-9 PM PST. So that meant if the lead lived in an East Coast state I would be calling them at 9-12 PM EST. That’s just plain ludicrous! Then if I waited until the weekend to call them there was a good chance they would be gone on the weekend, or be ticked off already from being called twenty times during the week by other marketers who got the same shared lead. Plus I worked every other weekend. So my leads could grow quite old before I could even call.

Even if the leads you buy are supposedly fresh, targeted for your opportunity, and uniquely yours, they are likely still shared or the prospect has filled out multiple sweepstakes, free gift offers, or other promotions that turned them into a lead. It is usually just too expensive for any company to create truly targeted leads for a low price product or opportunity.
