ACN - My Review

I became an Independent ACN Rep in 1995 mainly because a family member was excited, and I thought it made sense to try to take some money back from the rich big three telephone companies at that time. Deregulation had created opportunities for people to save on exhorbitant per minute calling rates by switching to newer companies like ACN.

There are many places where you can purchase ACN-Leads. Just Google “ACN leads” and you’ll see over 1.5 million organic listings. Some Google sites offer free ACN leads so you could theoretically try them first. But to my knowledge ACN policy prohibits buying Leads - so check with ACN policy first.

Again, if you are considering using ACN leads to build your ACN business then I would recommend that you first check ACN policy on that point. Regarding Leads in general, many people buy expensive leads, never do anything with them, and they go stale. Or they call or email a few of their leads, experience the rejection, and quit.

If you buy Biz Opp seeker leads off Google, and try to call them, it is most likely you will get an answering machine, no answer, a dead number, or an upset person who filled out some survey for something free and now is wondering why they are getting called ten times a day. Calling leads may work for a few gifted telemarketer types but most of your organization will find it uncomfortable, expensive, and time consuming. Most will quit causing you a high attrition rate.

Leads could be people who may very well have been Googling for an online business opportunity. Or perhaps they filled out surveys or a form to win a prize, free vacation, etc. Maybe they were interested, or even excited at the moment they clicked the submit button, expecting a call or reply within minutes. But then hours, days, even weeks pass - and now you are calling them - not to tell them how to claim their free 00 shopping spree that they thought they might win - but rather to sell them on another “Deal”.

ACN not only requires substantial customer acquisition but makes it clear that not all Independent Representatives make a profit and no one can be guaranteed success as an ACN Independent Representative. Success can only come through individual specific efforts in acquiring customers and recruiting other Independent Representatives who must also acquire customers. As with any legitimate business it takes some combination of money, resources, and consistent effort over time in order to succeed.

Success as an ACN Representative is not guaranteed, but rather influenced by an individual’s specific efforts. Not all ACN Independent Representatives make a profit. No one can be guaranteed success as an ACN Independent Representative. Controlling costs, including advertising, is one of the key elements of measuring potential of a business to reach profit.

ACN was the featured company in Success from Home magazine’s April 2007 issue. The magazine contained detailed information on the company’s history including Co-Founders Greg Provenzano, Robert Stevanovski, Mike Cupisz and Tony Cupisz. Plus the magazine highlighted ACN’s products, support system and some of their leading representatives.

Know what the top ACN distributors know but aren’t telling anyone!
