Slip of the Fingers

I saw an advertisement on my PC a couple of months ago. Looked good, a FREE IPod (not sure I really knew what an IPod was) but raising one of my granddaughters I’d heard the word and knew she really wanted one. So being a loving grandma I figured I could do the silly survey and get her a nice gift. Hours later this mild mannered granny had turned into a crazy lady as they took me form survey to survey. I remembered in the beginning it said I had to do ALL of the surveys to get her the IPod. Finally I gave up. Just couldn’t keep going.

It wasn’t until I told her what I’d done that she went … “Grandma, are you crazy. You are going to be on every list in the world; you just plastered the internet world with your name, phone and email and boy was she right. Immediately I started getting hundreds of emails and phone calls for every crazy thing to buy or business to join; from become a dentist to land on some island and every MLM out there in PC land.

I had to create a big, really BIG folder labeled Boo Boos, and try to get myself out of this mess. Unknowingly I’d joined a ton of things and was getting huge fees being charged to me. Now I expect your saying,,, golly she’s a dumb one. Well I was when it came to the fine art of LEAD GENERATION SCAMS. I’m still working on getting things cancelled. It’s a mess and a huge stress. Not only is my dignity in the gutter but my personal private information is out ‘there’ for all to pass around for years and there isn’t a thing I can do about it!

There are many excellent companies like Avon Company which have outstanding products, good science behind them, excellent programs for their Avon Consultants yet in the internet age, with mass availability of information and advertising on the internet; 50+ of all Americans and the numbers growing that buy services, products and information every month, Buying Avon Leads from these mass lead generation machines is the only way to have enough people to communicate with.

Or is it? Doing a Google search on the leads business where Avon Leads are found and then Google Search other options lead me to a business called Its Good Business. They are anti the sale of leads, Avon leads or any leads, as it is an invasion of personal privacy. Instead they have a revolutionary program of Buying Customers, not leads. As a business woman I’d rather have lots of customers and a few hard working representatives. Customers make for a solid business, Reps come and go.

Tom Prendergast the CEO and a dedicated team create a business called Its Good Business. Designed to work with in a true Team Concept where it’s good for the little guy and for the experienced business professional. Google Tom Prendergast if you’d like to learn something about his business history and philosophy and then go to Its Good Business, Buy Customers, not leads

Sit in on the Presentation and consider the concept. Then you can get back to whoever invited you here get any questions answered. Its time you had Its Good Business.
