In my research on berry tree leads I came up with the new pay planthat was unveiled at the last conference call. The following isa breakdown of the new qualifications as of May 2008:

The Advantages are Clear Junior Advantage Member May 2008 Qualifications:

Executive Advantage Member May 2008 Qualifications:

Senior Advantage Member May 2008 Qualifications:

Members who joined within the month of May 2008 = same qualificationsto become a First 28 day member as listed on Junior Advantage page

Members who joined BEFORE May 2008:

Must have the following in place by the end of May to qualify as a First28 Day Junior Advantage Member:

• Full Berry Tree Member• a +40 cv order with Nutronix• Agree to a 40 cv monthly Autoship• Active AutomaticBuilder site

You can become a Junior Advantage Member anytime after this month,but will not qualify to earn the extra commissions that JuniorAdvantage Members who act within their First 28 Days will earn.

Members who joined within the month of May 2008 = same qualificationsto become a First 28 day member as listed on Executive Advantage page

Members who joined BEFORE May 2008:Must have the following in place by the end of May to qualify as aFirst 28 Day Executive Advantage Member:

• Full Berry Tree Member• a +100 cv order with Nutronix• Agree to a 100 cv monthly Autoship• Active AutomaticBuilder site

You can become a Executive Advantage Member anytime after this month,but will not qualify to earn the extra commissions that ExecutiveAdvantage Members who act within their First 28 Days will earn.

Members who joined within the month of May 2008 = same qualificationsas listed on Senior Advantage page

Members who joined BEFORE May 2008:Must have the following in place by the end of May to qualify as aSenior Advantage Member:

• Full Berry Tree Member• a +500 cv order with Nutronix that was. . . placed between Jan 2007 and now• Agree to a 100 cv monthly Autoship• Active AutomaticBuilder site

If they have redeemed their Senior Certificate at anytime in the past,or use it for the month of May, they must place ANOTHER 500cv order withinthe month of May 2008 to requalify.

There is much debate about whether this new pay plan is more beneficial tomembers or less. The question still remains about berry tree leads, where isthe bulk of them coming from? Corporate advertising or member advertising?
