The lead generation business in my opinion is one of the most unethical businesses I have ever seen. When you buy the so called responsive Matol leads and try calling those hot prospects, your likely respond is to be hung up or called names. In my experience, you would be better to open up the white pages and start calling people. Better yet, go online and search Real Estate agents and start calling them and asking if they would be open to receive some information. I did that and found that about 30 to 40% were open to receiving some information.
