Melaleuca products are absolutely awesome. The Comp plan is good too. For the right person with effective marketing knowledge and resources it could be a fantastic opportunity. The company is over 20 years old. So the odds are it will be around another 20 years paying out commissions and delivering more excellent break-through products.

However my experience with Melaleuca marketing, as taught by my upline, was frustrating because it was centered around buying and calling leads. In group sessions my upline who was training us nightly over several weeks could not even close any sales himself. I tried myself only to get rejected and become frustrated. So my 0 of leads were a total loss, not to mention all the time I had swasted as well.

Melaleuca has a 20+ Year track record of success, is strong financially, with excellent management, diverse high quality, high value products, and low purchase requirements. So the company itself is not in question. It is the lead buying that disturbs me personally.
