USANA and GettingLeads…
I am sure that USANA is a very good company butlike many other MLM or Networking companies the structure is set up to createhuge cost on the distributors and little on the company. These companies try tolet the individuals think that they are in their own business, then encouragethem to spend their own money in marketing to attract their own customers. This forces the so called “ new business owner” to spend their own money forleads or reverse marketing systems in hopes of bringing in newdistributors. Throughout this whole process the marketing cost for USANAis minimal.
Also companies like USANA are not equippedthemselves to sell to the end user which would be the person consuming theproducts, but expect the distributor to do the job for them. This is verydifficult since advertising and marketing can be very expensive. The traditionalway of acquiring customers is to purchase leads, cold call the leads, and getpeople interested. Another strategy is to bring in friends and family to thebusiness and hopefully they will do the same. The end result of these combinedstrategies is rejection and very little people joining up. If the strategiesworked the majority of people entering a MLM or network marketing business wouldbe highly successful. Instead they are not!
Buy Customers NotLeads…
There is a new model though, that eliminates all ofthe excessive expense and allows its business affiliates to purchase alreadysold customers. When purchasing a customer incentive leads the businessaffiliate begins to derive commissions from the already sold customer rightaway. No MLM or network marketing company is allowed to sell directly to theconsumer, they must go through their distributors. By having in place mechanismsthat sell to the end user, the customer, the company bears the expense ofacquisition then passes the customer onto their business affiliates forconsiderably less than the cost of a sold lead.
Although USANA and many other MLM or NetworkMarketing Companies have good products their system stinks as far as enablingtheir distributors to derive substantial revenue from them.
